Litchfield National Park Trip...
We drove to Litchfield National Park and had a really great day. The weather was largely kind to us and as its been a long wet WET we saw lots of wonderful waterfalls. We had a short break in Batchelor and then went to Florence Falls, Buley Rock Hole, saw the Magnetic Termite mounds, Wangi and Tolmer Falls. It was a long day and all enjoyed the experience.

Terry and Pam visit Darwin
Terry and Pam have come up to beat the heat of Adelaide! Its certainly a lot cooler than Adelaide at the moment and in fact the rain is stopping them from seeing some of the sights of Kakadu. They have journeyed today out to Jabiru and Cooinda and found many of the access roads closed because of flooding etc.
Hugh and I joined them for a meal at Stokes Hill Wharf last night.

Arnhem Highway, Adelaide River
We then drove further down to Adelaide River. The Adelaide River Queens Jumping Crocodile tour carpark was flooded and further down the Arnhem Highway after the Adelaide River Bridge, there were floods across the road delaying traffic.
