Trip to Nourlangie Rocks
A hot day but well worth the trip and walk , with many examples of aboriginal art at this escarpment.
A trip to Kakadu
I recognise that this has really not been a traditional blog, but more a photo blog.
I have had a good couple of weeks in April with old school friend Ken, making his second visit to Darwin with Sue. I took a few days leave and went to Kakadu National Park with them staying at Jaburi in the Gagudju Crocodile Inn. We took a cruise on the Yellow Waters, great for wild life photography. We also stayed overnight at South Alligator and had a brief visit to Litchfield National Park. Then my neighbours from Adelaide, Beth and Dave visited, with many fine meals being had together, at "The Jetty" and Stokes Hill Wharf, with also some home cooked barbecue fish as well, caught by Dave.

A pleasant end to the day
I have joined the Darwin Sailing Club, its a nice place to have a meal and enjoy the sunset.
