Stoke's Hill Wharf and Star Gemini cruise ship

Hugh and I spent some time on Sunday afternoon weather watching at Stoke's Hill Wharf and then observed the cruise ship Star Gemini motor away from Darwin after its one day stay.
There were fairly spectacular storm clouds and some distant lightning but it seemed to blow past us and there was no rain although some strong breezes. The cruise ship Star Gemini sailed away fairly briskly and we watched its passage as we drove back down to Fannie Bay.

I was asked to take photographs for the Darwin Sailing Clubs Annual Presentation Night celebrating the 2007 racing season. These are a few of the over 300 I shot over 4 hours.... relax, I won't include them all!
